To indemnify
owner for any damages which occurs as a result of your occupancy excluding
normal wear and tear.

Check-in is at 3:30 p.m. upon arrival and
check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. The sole exception
is Sunday Checkouts who are advised that checkout time is at Dark. This will
enable weekend guests to enjoy the entire day on Sunday before they have to
depart.

Cancelled reservations will be
refunded in full, less a $100.00 cancellation fee, if cancelled at least 30 days
prior to your arrival date. Cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to
arrival date will be refunded only when the unit has been re-rented.

No Pets Allowed - NO PETS shall be allowed on the premises except with
prior written consent of the Owner and the payment of a pet deposit.

SMOKING is NOT permitted on the premises.

Occupancy and use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or
offend neighbors or residents. The agent has the prerogative to terminate
this agreement and to ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises.

Guest(s) shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident,
injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money,
jewelry, and other items of personal property, arising out of or in any way
related to Guest(s) use of the premises or the items of personal property
provided by Rabun Vacations, Inc., the Owner at Guest(s) request.

Guest(s) shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition. If unit is not
left in suitable condition, guest understands that agent reserves the right to
charge guest for any repairs or special cleaning. A MINIMUM OF $25.00 WILL BE
CHARGED FOR ANY DIRTY DISHES LEFT AT THE RENTAL HOUSE OR GARBAGE LEFT. A notice
is posted on the refrigerator advising where garbage can be dropped off.

By signing, I have read and agree to the terms of
the Reservation Policies and Guest Rental Information established by
the Management of Rabun Vacations, Inc. I also certify that I am
above 25 years of age and realize Rabun Vacations, Inc. reserves the
right to refuse entry at check-in to anyone not within these
requirements.
